What's your secret weapon for staying slim? Do you have a rule that you stick to to avoid stacking on the pounds? I’ve just gained two kilos through sheer laziness so now it’s long bike rides and no more hot chips, potato crisps or soft drink for at least a few weeks
Weight loss is one thing, but it’s lifelong weight maintenance that’s a challenge, so how do you do it?
if you tell yourself that processed foods, fast food, etc. are bad for you and avoid them, then your only option will be to eat healthy food.. and when you eat healthy food it’s easy to stay slim. References :

I go and look at my stomach in the mirror and think do I really want my tummy to get bigger before I eats sweets or anything and then I’m not hungry References :
A couple of hours in the sack usually burns off heaps of calories, unless the girls are into whipped cream and stuff. Then it all goes back on References :
Occasionally dieting and working out just is not sufficient, cos there will be additional weight just lying around in your insides. I’m vegan and I run everyday. It’s pretty simple.

eat lots of fruits/veggies.
dairy products, mostly milk.
olive oil, instead of other oils
less fast food and processed foods.
