    I am sorry I have always let those numbers define me. I think of numbers when I am eating. I am only 5 5 but I would look like a butter ball turkey if I get over 130. My max is a size 7. I adjust my diet when the scale goes up. I dont buy things that are bad for me. Or I will eat every cookie in the known world. I limit myself. And it shows. 80% of the time do right 20% is for fun.

    Thank you Chica! It has taken me about a year to lose it. I workout everyday. I go to a bootcamp class 4-6 times a week at 6am. Then in the evenings I run on my treadmill everyday for about 30 min. I also only eat chicken turkey and seafood, lots of fresh veggies and fruit. I limit sweets to 1x a week & it has to be real like a homade cookie. I won’t waste calories on a twinkie! HTH!!! Feel free to ask me anything else

    You hit the nail on the head. You have to make time for you. I’ve lost over 70lbs gone from a large 18 to a 6/8. I have never felt or looked better in my life. That’s what keeps motivating me to get up and work out every morning. I also reward myself a little and then you don’t feel like you are missing out on life.

    You made such a good point about SIZE, body type and how clothes fit! Ladies need to realize different designers, name brands etc. all fit different! I have jeans in my closet that range in diff. numbers yet, they all fit me right! so which one am I? good vid !

Funny enough just this morning I put away my scale, because it was hindering me from continuing to stay on the path of exercise and eating right because I got caught up in the numbers. I just want to fit in my old jeans, I no longer will care about what the scale says!

    I am so glad you posted this video. I am on day# 7 of walking 2.25 miles per day on my treadmill & being more conscience of what I eat. I really needed this. I eat everything I normally do but in moderation. Additionally, since I’ve been working out I really don’t feel the need to eat the “bad” foods as I did prior to working out. I am so committed that no matter what time I getr home I get in my 30 to 45 minutes of the Treadmill.
