    You have to …
    You have to remember that 90% of these people will use their eyes instead of their fingers and brains to do a little research. What you said is true, it was performed by only 17 people at the time, one of which was the instructor. I would never dream of reading a rag like Mens Health. Do people never question a magazine that changes diet and fitness ideas on a monthly basis?

    you want a serious exercise?

    Roll ( Grapple ) for 3 hours 3 times a week for a year.

    This little pantywaist exercises here will be fairly easy for you.

    Add to all the grappling, good aerobic and intensity training, plus some sparring or competing, and, maybe take a couple of amateur fights, and you’ll be kicking and taking names.

    You guys do know …
    You guys do know that this isn’t something you do daily. This routine was as the creator said in an interview, a “graduation test” that was done towards the end of training.
    Most of the people casted, including Gerard Butler, were in great shape already. After 3 ot 4 months of intense training they began implementing this routine.

    @heermajajan. start …
    @heermajajan. start with jumping rope everyday 6 days a week. after about a month you should be doing about 20 min. a day. then try to do some pusups. you will have to work up your reps. remember that in order to do straight pushups that you should start with incline pushups so that you arent lifting so much weight. remember to slow it down and keep good form and realize that as with everything in life… Things take time…
