    hey sean i subscribed to your free fitness system about a year ago. i started using your system 3 months ago and i gained about 6 kilos. but i have a problem ya see i cant increase thw weight on certain exercises. so my question is should i have to increase every weak or as long as i go to total muscular failure it doesnt matter.
