Weight is a problem for many people, especially those trying to lose it. I tried out acai berry and it sure worked for me. well weight loss is fat loss (if youre doing it right) so that does.
You can lower your body fat % by gaining muscle too, but building muscle is a slow process so it wont happen that fast. Its better just to go for the fat if you wannna lower your body fat. References :

well weight loss is fat loss (if youre doing it right) so that does.
