    Good advice. There is also a pill form of apple cider vinegar for those that just can’t take the taste. I sell both liquid and pill forms in my store.

    It seems that a few products are good to reduce appetite, so induce weight-loss. What works for me is: 1. Apple vinegar 2. Grapefruit 3. Lots of black pepper in a soup 4. Brushing teeth after a meal. It washes away whatever is on my taste buds that drives me to eat certain stuff.

    @ContaMuir17a I wish I knew. Lemon is also very acid, but helps increase alkalinity, it seems. I’m very sensitive to acidity, and neither lemon or apple vinegar hurts me.
