    so how long will your body continue to turn fats into the sugar energy before feeling like it is going into stavation mode and switch to say proteins and muscle tissue for energy? if i came back inside like you said and let the sugar buildup from the fat could i go back out and continue the process over again 3 or 4 times or would one time be the limit

    @TheRealWm I would make a gradual increase in activity over several minutes. Slowly get the heart rate up to 60-70% of your MAX ..THAT is when you burn fat and not sugar! Stay there for 15-45 minutes. Then weight train and carb cycle on cardio off days by taking in 80% of required carbs 2 days in a row, then 100% on the 3rd day (a weight training day) to burn more fat..good luck!

    I think protein can be converted to sugar. but not fat.
    Fat can’t be converted in sugar and stored as glycogen etc.
    Do you think that fat converts to sugar or you are just making this answer simple for beginers.

    ok,so when you burn sugar,you body needs to replace it and so it turns fat into sugar right??so how come you dont burn fat when doing for example crunches,you burn sugar when you do crunches right??so how come your body doesnt turn fat into sugar when you do ab exercises???

    ive been using an elliptical machine for aout a year now and it typically says im in “cardio” rang for about half an hour and i have burned about 400 calories, all i know is im the sweatiest person there after and i feel great the next day

    can anyone tell me what a Vo2 max is cuz one time when i did cardio on the treadmill the thing said 238bpm i told a trainer at the gym and he told me to get that checked. i still felt ok though
